Equipping Communities

Sauti Njiwa Ministries (The Dove’s Voice) is a mission training Organization that presents a rationale and process for strategic envisioning in the life of a leader. Our Corporation is organized as a ministry exclusively for religious, charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue code of 1986.

MISSION: We feel called to implement the mission of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ the Savior. We are committed to dynamic, authentic, and contemporary worship to pursue the lost people, win them to Christ, and move the new and the old disciples to spiritual maturity. To plant and build healthy, growing, effective Community Churches of African people around the Metropolitan Washington, DC area and in Africa with emphasis on Leader development. God chose Jacob for Himself, and the people of Israel for his own. We believe and trust that God has called us for this mission for Himself, and the community that he is sending us to serve for his own.

THE JOURNEY TO THE DESTINATION: We will start small like a mustard seed that shows how the gospel extends and expands slowly but surely until it covers the whole world (Matt. 13:31-32) “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches” We will build healthy leaders a few at a time in the community, who in turn will train others. Following examples in (Mathew 10: 24) “a student is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master” God’s vision is spiritually shared among teachers and students. It starts without leaving your zip code to the entire world. From the village to entire nation to the world “A little one shall become a thousand and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time” (Isaiah 60:22) this vision is for church plant the seed of preparing souls for the Kingdom of God. We have the job of proclaiming that truth and seeing people come to faith in him, because the gospel is the power of God, and God wishes all men to be saved. So let’s pray, expecting this to happen in the will of God and for his glory alone. We desire to build the whole person, through the work of the Holy Spirit to have a dynamic relationship with other people who are mentors, role models, teachers, friends and spiritual mothers and fathers. We will walk the walk; talk the talk of recruiting others- hands-on experience. When we engage them it will bring unity, hope and change in the community. We envision the fulfillment of the scripture according to Revelation chapter 7:9-10 -that depictions a great multitude of redeemed people from all people of the world. “After this I beheld, and lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the lamb. Clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands. And cried with a loud voice, saying, salvation to our God which sitted upon the throne, and unto the Lamb”

LEADERSHIP: 100% volunteers. James has accepted to be a servant leader with credibility and capability to influence a specific group of God’s people towards God’s purpose. He believes he has God-given responsibility to serve with passion to equip emerging healthy leaders -built in community a few at a time, build relationships that connect and motivate people to become prayer warriors for others. James will strive to be obedient to his calling in ministry that flows out of being to declare the Good News about the Kingdom of God through love, peace, and grace, wishing to lead people in God-given direction for the 21st, century. His prayers are to invest his life faithfully responding to God’s agenda. James believes that God has been at the heart of his training for ministry, through formal and informal education, his training has included leadership, strategic planning, emerging leader development, evangelism with a strong passion in broadcasting the word to the world, shepherding leaders to glorify God, and pastoral care. He has numerous ministry skills and gifts to lead, and developing God’s vision for ministry, God put a burden in his heart to fulfil God’s vision of the great commission, unconditionally surrendered to His purpose.
